breakfast- many bowls of Rice Krispies with corresponding volume of milk.
Snack - some timbits and coffees @ church
lunch- picnic in the park: 6 granola bars, 6 rice cakes, about 2l choco milk, 2-3 juice boxes, some chicken, a handful of potato wedges, a few slices of sub sandwich, some grape tomatoes
supper- big pot O chili, 2 oranges sliced
